Increasing Entropy

I recently acquired a laptop. It's amazing how many cheap laptops there are. However, many of these cheap laptops weigh quite a bit. I want a laptop that would be light enough for me to carry around. It turns out that the cheaptest laptops in this price range are all Apple laptops. I was looking for laptops under five pounds. Below 5 pounds you sacrificed too much functionality.

I wanted a PC compatible laptop. An Apple laptop would require me to buy whole new set of software. That would set me back a lot. In the end, I settled for a Dell Inspiron 600m. After loading with the features I wanted, it set me back a lot.

The next gadgets, I am searching for are a recumbent bicycle, an ATA raid controller, and a 15,000 rpm hard drive. But first, I might be distracted by the recently released Homeworld 2.

And on other random notes, I recommend against the following face soap. It tends to have that menthol chemical which give a clean feelng at the end. However, this is undesirable because soap should focus on cleaning and leave it feeling clean as a result of the cleaning rather than some additives.

I was testing voice recognition for the paragraphs above. I had to do a bit of correction. It isn't worth it so far since I haven't bothered to train the system.



I tried selling a Rayovac charger on eBay. It didn't sell. At least they host the first picture for you. I'm using my ISP to host the second and third images. I hope they don't become like AOL and cut off picture serving.



On my trip to Hong Kong, it was nice to see that you can still travel somewhere and find bargains.
