There's a really good site about personal finance at http://www.urbanext.uiuc.edu/ww1/. One of the best sites out there. There's so much useless web pages about money management including ones from leading money management magazines. They introduce things piece-meal instead of being taking a good overview and subsequently diving into the details.

I have another site bookmarked at home about home buying. I got too frustrated searching for good sites and just went out and bought a book.
