Customer Service
Spending over an hour and a half with three phone calls to Netgear customer service, I realized that they were in India. And they were using some cool computer programs to multiplex customers to a single agent. Even the supervisor seemed to be multiplexing.
As the agents wait for customers to do things, they are able to do render service to someone else.
