Comcast Internet Latency and Bandwidth

Over the past week, I've monitored Comcast internet latency and bandwidth in the Greater San Jose California Area. It got better on Friday.

I'm working through some other network monitoring tools listed at Stanford. A few of them seem to be suited for graphing. I've culled the list a bit.
