Building vlc

I don't have ffmpeg on CentOS 5 because I'm a wimp and won't add the alternate yum repositories. I needed to add environment variables FFMPEG_LIBS and FFMPEG_CFLAGS to point to my ffmpeg installation and a -lz to FFMPEG_LIBS.
