Padlock Random Number Generator and PMM vs PHE and AES

They aren't that much faster. The random number generator is about 30% faster than reading from /dev/urandom. With the montgomery multiplier less than a 2x speed up, most of padlock seems to be not as impressive as the AES speed up.

SHA1 is the 10x speed. SHA256 is about 20x faster than openssl. So along with AES, these parts definately help.
